Headquarters and branches in Latin America of parents companies have done pretty well to support other companies with different stories. It would be irresponsible for us to forget that the so called “Recession” affects directly the real estate scenario, market where we are involved in. This market trend in the US calls for us to have our eyes wide open to detect and capitalize new opportunities in related businesses like custom homes and remodeling. I personally urge the management team and all personnel to keep focused on cost reduction programs and keep the front line of their business units. Only as a team we will make through turbulent waters. I have no doubt we will make through and succeed.
